Description
Come experience The Pecan Street Festival! This free, two-day arts festival takes place twice a year in downtown Austin's Sixth Street Historic District on the first weekend in May and the last weekend in September.
Event Details
Artisans will be showcasing their handcrafted creations in a variety of mediums, from metal, wood, fiber, clay, leather, glass and stone to repurposed materials of all kinds.
There will be over 30 food vendors at the festival and more than 60 local acts performing on three stages, located on Trinity, Neches and Red River streets.
Kid-friendly activities include rides, a petting zoo, face-painting, interactive workshops, street magicians and more!
