La Grosse Tete returns to the Austin Traditional Jazz Society stage on June 9. As one of the only swing dancer-inspired traditional Jazz bands in Austin, La Grosse Tete has played throughout the Austin area.

La Grosse Tete returns to the Austin Traditional Jazz Society stage on June 9. As one of the only swing dancer-inspired traditional Jazz bands in Austin, La Grosse Tete has played for the Austin Swing Syndicate, Four on the Floor (a local swing dance company), and at various venues, festivals, parties and special events in the greater Austin area. We strongly believe this lively music was intended for dancing…you will surely feel that driving beat that will make you want to tap your feet!! If you love hot jazz, you will love La Grosse Tete!
This will be our last concert for the season and this is sure to end the season on a high note. Please join us Sunday, June 9 at Cap City Comedy Club from 2 to 5 pm. Doors open at 1:00 pm.
