In its sophisticated la dolce vita-inspired setting, Dolce Riviera proudly presents two seatings with unique culinary features. Dolce's first seating beginning at 5 PM is a three course menu. The later seating beginning at 8:30 PM showcases an impressive seven course menu and midnight champagne toast. The final course of this seating is Cotechino & Lenticchi della Fortuna, a traditionally significant Italian dish always served on New Year's Eve.
